Look at the complete system
Review material quantity alongside protection, service life and handling. A smaller part is useful when the complete design still meets its requirements.
Plan reuse deliberately
Define return transport, inspection, cleaning and the conditions that trigger replacement. Record losses and damage to evaluate how the loop performs.
Make separation practical
Identify attachments, coatings and other materials that affect sorting or recycling. Check the recovery arrangements actually available to the intended user.
Build an evidence record
Keep a project record of the assumptions, material choices, validation results and recovery plan. Environmental claims need a clear scope and supporting data.
